Total Home Health is committed to improving its performance. In addition to surveying every patient, our management team randomly calls numerous patients each week to complete a quality Checkup.  These quality Checkup phone calls allow management to: get closer to our patients, to learn about each patient's needs, understand their perception of services received, answer questions, and just “check in” as additional follow-up.

All patient complaints are logged and tracked and followed up upon. Each management meeting includes a performance review and follow up with any outstanding items.
